This policy was created to inform you about how we collect information about our customers, how we use the information associated with our customers, how we share the information, how we protect the information from our web sites, mobile sites, mobile applications, purchases, and social media pages (hereinafter, “Site(s)”). This policy also describes the option and rights our customers have with regard to the use of the information. This notice applies to consumers and visitors in the United States only. 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND USE?

• Information you provide to verify your professional status (such as a Federal Tax ID, Employer Identification Number, Member ID, or last name) for our professional makeup artist (MUA) program or our retail partners program.
2. HOW DO WE USE AND SHARE THE INFORMATION?
We use the information collected to provide you with services, fulfill your purchase orders, provide you with tailored advertising, content, improve our Sites, products, and your experience with us. The information helps us manage and track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and efforts. Please note that we do not sell your personal information to marketing companies outside of REIMAGE.
We may share your information:
• With our carefully selected business partners for co-promotions or other joint programs, but only if we have obtained your consent.
• With our third-party service providers who work on our behalf and our business partners to send you joint communications that may be of interest to you.
• As part of a sale of the REIMAGE brand to another company.
• To protect and defend REIMAGE.
• To enforce our Terms and Conditions.
• When required by law and/or government authorities.
Please note that it is your choice as to whether you provide your personal information to us. If you do not wish to provide your personal information to us, we may not be able to provide the products and services you request, or to tell you about other products and services offered by REIMAGE.

ADVERTISING/TARGETED ADVERTISING OPT-OUT, EMAIL OPT-OUT, POSTAL MAIL OPT-OUT
You may change your preferences and unsubscribe from email services, postal services by: modifying your account information; sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org; following the unsubscribe instructions in the marketing emails or promotions you receive from us (such as an email or SMS message).
If you prefer to not receive targeted advertising, you can opt out of certain network advertising programs through the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt-Out Page. Please note that even if you choose to remove your information (opt out) you will still see advertisements while browsing online.
MOBILE APPLICATION AND SOCIAL NETWORK OPT-OUT
To remove or delete our apps from your social networking account, follow the instructions provided by the social network.
We may request your geo-location when you use one of our mobile applications. You may decline to share your geo-location details by adjusting your mobile device location services settings or by contacting your service provider or device manufacturer.
At any time, you may withdraw any consent to the processing of your personal information that you previously provided to us. Your preferences will be applied going forward.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS, CHOICE AND ACCESS
You may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your personal data, and have the information blocked or deleted, as appropriate. The right to access personal information may be limited in some circumstances by local law requirements. You may request to review, change or delete your personal information by sending an email to email@example.com. To protect your identity, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to granting access to such information or making corrections.

California law requires that website and online service operators to disclose how they respond to web browser “do not track” signals. REIMAGE currently does not take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals as a uniform standard.
5. CALIFORNIA RIGHT TO PRIVACY
California law requires website and online service operators to disclose whether third parties may collect personal information about the online activity of their users (such as customers, other Site visitors) over time and across different sites when the users use the operator’s website or service. Third parties that have content or services (such as a social feature, analytics service, an advertising network partner, or a marketing partner) on the Sites, may obtain information about your browsing or usage habits. The information obtained does not include personal information.
Minors under 18 may request that we remove reviews or other content that you posted on the Site by writing to us and providing the posting details that you are requesting to be removed. We will begin to process your request within 30 days. Please note that processing your request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of content that you posted.
REIMAGE does not knowingly collect or store information from children under 13, nor are the Sites directed to children. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not provide personal information to us and you may not download any of our mobile applications.
7. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION?
While no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, REIMAGE maintains reasonable safeguards, including physical, contractual, administrative and technical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized use, disclosure or destruction and when transferring information for processing.
8. EU Cookies Policy
Session cookies allow you to navigate through the Site without having to re-enter pertinent session information. These cookies are essential to Site functionality and will be automatically deleted from your computer when you leave our Site by closing your browser or navigating to another webSite.
Persistent cookies are used to recognize you as a visitor and remember certain information about your preferences. Persistant cookies will be stored on your computer until they expire or are manually deleted. Persistent cookies are considered non-essential to Site functionality.
The addition of Persistent and Session cookies significantly extends the capabilities of the Site and enables features such as “Remember Me”.
The cookies we use will not store personal information (your name, postal address, email address, or credit card information) on your computer or mobile device.
